I’m not often the type to reflect on my day-to-day work and think, “Oh, I’ve got to blog about this.” (Isn’t it obvious?) I’m proud of the work that I do, but not particularly boastful. Most of the time I am content to let the work stand on its own.
But there are exceptions. :)
For the past few months, I’ve been working on a very exciting project at work–one of the most exciting projects I’ve ever worked on. I’ve actually been wanting to blog about it since August… but our team has had to keep it under wraps until we had final approval. This week, it was approved–a brand new district logo for Mesa Public Schools!
But this week provided a two-for-one special: in addition to a new logo, we were able to release a brand new design for the district website.
I’m going to be writing several posts about both the logo and the website, and intend to use this post as the “hub” for each part. I will add links to the additional posts as I publish them:
- Part 1: Genesis of a Logo
- Part 2: The Angel in the Marble
- Part 3: Presenting…
